Jonathan DeCoste

Jon developed his leadership, operational and sales skills over 17 years working in technical, commercial and executive roles. Before starting his search for an SMB, Jon was the Vice President of Strategic Accounts for an industry SaaS platform providing operational and emissions solutions to the Energy Industry. Throughout his tenure, he took on several leadership roles building and growing the business from $10M to $180M in value. 

Jon is well-versed in business operations, having led construction, manufacturing and operations teams. He managed $50M capital project programs and has built high-performing teams.

He has also operated several businesses, including professional consulting services, software technologies and a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm.

Jon and his wife, Kelly, are originally from Nova Scotia. They have called Alberta home since 2006, now residing in Airdrie with their three children. When not building businesses or immersed in outdoor sports, you’ll often find Jon working on a new challenge, be it a truck restoration, major renovation, or learning about health & mind enhancements.
