What’s your business succession plan?

You have a choice, perhaps we are a good fit.

At Pantheon Row Ventures, we think Canadian small business owners deserve a better succession plan option. Whether you're an owner just starting to explore options for selling your business or actively seeking the right buyer, we would welcome a conversation.

Partnering with like-minded owners, investors, and operating experts we work with SMB owners in transitioning to their next chapters.

Our team is dedicated to understanding your unique needs, goals and what your vision of succession looks like ~ taking the time to listen and determine if we are a good fit for you. Not every business we connect with is a good fit and that is ok. We strive to help these owners with resources and make helpful introductions

Our long-term view enables us to plan in decades versus years which cultivates stronger relationships with customers and suppliers, and results in a greater positive impact for employees and our communities.

We enjoy rolling up our sleeves, collaborating with the existing and proven management team and cultivating great ideas from across the organization.

Who we are

  • Long-term

Builds Brand Loyalty: businesses that commit to the long term are often better positioned to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering brand loyalty that pays off over time

Encourages Innovation: a long-term perspective results in greater investment in research and development, leading to innovative products and/or services that can improve customers’ lives while securing a competitive advantage

Positive Impact: contributes positively to the communities and the environment we work in

Value Creation: a long-term approach can significantly increase the business's overall value, potentially leading to higher exit or sale prices

  • Culture

Values and Mission: we believe in having a clear set of values serving as a guiding framework for decision-making across the organization

Continuous Learning: learning and development provide opportunities for employees to grow and develop their skills in an ever-changing environment

Transparency & Ideation: open and honest communication promotes trust and accountability and empowers new ideas throughout the business

Inclusivity and Diversity: a culture that embraces diversity and inclusivity fosters innovation, creativity, and a broader perspective

Collaboration: to go far, go together, and work effectively to achieve common goals

Empowerment: distributed decision-making is a must, leading to greater job satisfaction, motivation and elevated customer service

Work-Life Balance: this is a marathon; we play hard, we work hard

  • Operations

First Six Months: your business is running well and we want to keep it that way. The intent is to have limited changes while focusing on transferring operations and better understanding your business

Employees: your employees have helped build a great business. Listening to their perspectives, recommendations, and understanding their values is of high importance

Growth & Strategy: by the end of year one we will have validated and adjusted the business strategy by working with the existing management team. We have no requirements on what a strategy looks like and it will be dependent on the specific business, customers, and values
